Maybe you lowball yourself for years before someone accidentally tells you what they make.
CreativeRates collects anonymous freelance rates and full-time salaries from people working in VFX, animation, concept art, game art, graphic design, and more. If enough people share what they earn, everyone gets a clearer picture of what's fair.

Who's behind this
I've spent 20 years as an art director in film, TV, and games. The one constant across all of it? Nobody knows what anyone else gets paid. I got tired of the guessing game, so I built this.
